AWARD WINNING PLANET:
FIGHT - OVERLORD WORMHOLEE

Upon hearing the name of this planet, our reviewdroid refused to visit, mumbling something about not being equipped with combat circuits. We hastily reprogrammed the droid and sent it on its merry way... Jumping out of the link, you find yourself caught in a tractor beam, to prevent you from being pulled into the star system's massive black hole. Deciding not to dally in space, the droid quickly landed on the planet itself.

The planet's surface lives up to its name - it's obvious that many battles have been held here, and from many technological levels! All sorts of fighting, from all ages... they've been represented here. Checking out the surrounding area, we discovered a most unique puzzle, unlike anything we've seen before. There are really two puzzles - the first on the planet, the second in outer space. As you solve the land-based puzzle (involving journeying deep into the planet's surface in search of artifacts from key periods in time), you also get directions towards different space locations for battles with higher and higher powered mobiles.

The clever thing is, you don't HAVE to do the space battles. If you want, you can concentrate entirely on the land puzzle - or even just the space mobiles! It's only when you solve them both, though, that you can get your name immortalized in the Shrine on the planet.

WormHolee's done a wonderful job with Fight, writing puzzles that get progressively harder and then linking the two major puzzles together. By the time we were done reviewing the reviewdroid's visit, there was no doubt in our mind that this planet was worthy of the Coveted Walrus of Merit Award. Well done, WormHolee!
