Chiefsgirl says, "Good evening and welcome to tonight's Meet & Greet" "Tonight I'm thrilled to have the Duke of Camp as my guest.", says Chiefsgirl. "Carl will tell us a bit about himself and his history and answer questions from the audience", says Chiefsgirl. Bsacarl takes a deep breath Chiefsgirl says, "Please let's make Carl feel welcome" "I began playing Federation in February of 97.", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl plops down on her barstool, applauding wildly for Carl Ford hands Carl a feel welcome pill. Snowstar slips a truth serum into Carl's drink. "ooooo... same as me!", exclaims Chiefsgirl. Chiefsgirl bounces on her barstool Jordy hands out the rotten fruits and veggies...winking at Carl Bsacarl says, "As I worked my way up the ranks I found myself mainly trading within the Duchy of Neverland." "As a I promoted to the ranks of Merchie through Explorer I obtained my factories in Neverland. Some of the planets where I had my facs are Art, Boomtown, Dalmatia and Wheel.", says Bsacarl. "Wasn't it hard to trade without "Never-landing"?", asks Ford. Bsacarl smiles, "I know there where a few others but I did not keep good notes back then ;) My apologies to any I missed" "lol yah", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl says, "Anywho... I promoted to Squire in August of 97. I had help setting up my exchange by Shadowgod and Exeebeor. Which is quite interesting as they both would join my Duchy as PO's later on in my Fed life." Saffire thwaps Carl for using the "non-word" Bsacarl says, "My planet had it's planet review in October of 97 by Naiad, who was a writer for "The Fed Express" at the time." Chiefsgirl wonders what the non-word is "Anywho!!", exclaims Bsacarl. Saffire thwaps Carl again Myangel giggles. "Ah!", exclaims Chiefsgirl. Jordy grins Chiefsgirl giggles Bsacarl snickers "I spent several months in Sol and applied to Neverland for admittance. Finally, Tbarranch allowed me to move in and that is where I spent over half of my PO life.", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl winks and says, "I moved to the Duchy of Connor with Duke Ops about the time the DHL was getting started. ( Duchies of Heavens Light) It just wasn't for me" Bsacarl waits a moment ;) Bsacarl says, "I lived happily in Connor until my promotion to Duke on January 26th, 1999. The team of helpers that went with me were Bozowl, Pan and Alsadim." Bsacarl smiles Bsacarl says, "I built the Duchy of Camp upon the ideals of family, fair trade and respecting each others individualities.. something that wasn't found just anywhere within Fed." Bsacarl says, "Camp quickly gained PO's and to this day is a thriving Duchy." "hehe you can say that again", says Unomee with a wink. Chiefsgirl smiles Bsacarl has seen it more thriving but it's thriving none the less ;) "I'd say its one of the most steadily thriving since becoming a duchy", says Chiefsgirl. Bsacarl says, "A few months after I promoted to Duke a few close friends of mine aligned with me to create what we all know as DUIT. They were Bozowl, Duke of Landofboz and Implantguy, Duke of Jollyrodger. DUIT went public in July of 99." Netmndr hands you a bottle of scotch to celebrate its thrivingness ;) Bsacarl smiles at Cheifsgirl "During my Fed life I have done a few extra curricular activities for Fed like writing for the Chronicle and currently hosting "Mystery Guest". I also participated in "Fed Survivor 1 and 3".", says Bsacarl. Roslyn will never forget FS 1. Bsacarl says, "And I must say that I never thought I would be here tonight as a guest" Bsacarl sits back and awaits questions Chiefsgirl doesn't know why Carl ever thought that Chiefsgirl asks, "Questions for Carl?" Unomee asks, "that fed survivor game sounds interesting.. i have never played tho.. was it fun carl?" "Can we roast him now, CG?", asks Jordy. Myangel whispers to Carl..cg has a way of convincing everyone :) "It was a blast Unomee", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl gives Jordy the thumbs up Bsacarl smiles at Jordy Bsacarl sweats Saffire gets out the roasting pan Unomee works nights now so misses a lot Jordy looks through her notes Unomee gets a bottle of honey glaze out of her purse and hands it to jordy Jordy grins Bsacarl gulps Chiefsgirl giggles "kewl...no questions?", asks Bsacarl. Unomee snickers and licks her lips.. waits to see what jordy is gonna do next "wait, still going thru my notes", says Jordy with a wink. Bsacarl gasps Myangel asks, "any embarassing moments carl?" Chiefsgirl winks and says, "oh Carl, you should know I'll come up with at least a dozen" Jordy would show ya Uno, but we're in a public place ;) Unomee says, "oh my" "ummm...yah a few but the one that sticks out in my mind is when ..", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl says, "Wildwheels peed on my shoes" Bsacarl laughs Snowstar blinks. Jordy laughs Bsacarl says, "yep...peed on them" Chiefsgirl laughs Unomee asks, "didnt he/she know where the loo was?" Jordy thinks he/she prolly didn't Bsacarl says, "i don't thinik he cared...lol" Bsacarl says, "ewrrr...think" Jordy smiles, "Carl, any love interests in Fed...past, present, future?" "just Saffire...", says Bsacarl. Jordy smiles, "awww" Bsacarl smiles Saffire smiles Jordy looks at Saff and shakes her head "Poor girl" Jordy ducks Saffire giggles "Carl, with so many of the folks you grew up playing with now gone, what's kept you here in Fed?", asks Chiefsgirl. "lol", says Bsacarl. "ya know...it must be the ones still here", says Bsacarl. Unomee grins Chiefsgirl nods and bounces cause she likes that answer Jordy asks, "How long have you been playing, Carl?" Unomee winks and says, "and the fed meets in chicago?" Unomee snickers Jordy can't wait til July "i have been playing since feb of 97", says Bsacarl. "wow, that makes me feel old hehe", says Jordy. Bsacarl says, "a few years" "wow you started just before i did then", says Unomee. Bsacarl winks Chiefsgirl asks, "What do you credit the success of your duchy to? anything in particular?" Jordy thinks its the s'mores "and dont forget the whippy", says Unomee with a wink. Jordy nods "well, i suppose it's because I have treated everyone in Camp with respect and value them", says Bsacarl. Mysteryman says, "Mmmmmmm, whiiiiipy" Jordy takes her blaster out of her garter and hands it back to Mm Mysteryman has had too much already "Do you have duchy rules that you want your PO's to abide by?", asks Chiefsgirl. Bsacarl says, "My PO's are Camp's greatest asset" Bsacarl says, "i dont have rules.." "none at all?", asks Jordy. "i have guidelines that are simple and mainly ask them to treat each other with respect", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl smiles Jordy nods "Good answer" Roslyn raises her glass to Carl, "Good rule" Jordy joins Ros "Ah...guidelines", says Roslyn. Myangel smiles, "is there a special camp s'more recipe?" Bsacarl frowns and says, "but with my personal life getting a bit hectic I haven't been able to spend much time in Fed lately" Bsacarl smiles, "and they hafta enjoy sippin suds" Saffire thwaps carl again Ruy says, "I guess you made an exception for Saffire to that one" Bsacarl winks and says, "the Camp's s'mores recipe is a secret" "So, I have to join Camp to get the secret recipe?", asks Jordy. Unomee bets they use godiva chocolate;) Bsacarl smiles, "yah, i did Ruy" "Although, the s'mores were once stolen, huh Carl?", says Saffire with a wink. "exactly Jordy", says Bsacarl with a wink. Jordy thinks they must be too Uno Myangel smiles, "so it's different than the goodies in that bag in chicago?" Bsacarl says, "Yes, Saffire...by Bozowl" Bsacarl winks and says, "i am affraid so Myangel" "What's been your favorite rank and why?", asks Chiefsgirl. "my favorite rank...hmmm...", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl says, "would have to be Duke" "I enjoy helping others", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl hands everyone some s'mores Myangel nibbles Chiefsgirl says, "Yum" Myangel smiles, "thanks Carl" "yummm", says Unomee. Saffire passes out the napkins Unomee savors every bite Jordy yays and thanks Carl Bsacarl smiles Sirglec packs a s'more away for further study. Bsacarl laughs Jordy licks off all the choklit from her Wifey's s'mores Bsacarl munches Unomee licks chocolate off her fingers Chiefsgirl asks, "What's been one of your favorite moments, Carl?" "one of my favorite moments...", says Bsacarl. Bsacarl says, "probably when I joined Neverland as a new PO" Bsacarl says, "back then it was a big deal to join a Duchy" "what has been your happiest moment in Fed? ::winks to Saff::", says Jordy. Chiefsgirl nods "You're not getting off that easy. Explain!", exclaims Sirglec. Unomee says, "hehe one of my fave moments was when tbar came on to me and i shot him down" Bsacarl says, "lol" Unomee laughs Bsacarl says, "my happiest.." Bsacarl says, "when Saff made it back to Duchess after her accidental dd" Bsacarl smiles Chiefsgirl smiles "you see...i am not in here for just me", says Bsacarl. Saffire smiles Bsacarl smiles Jordy smiles Bsacarl tries to be a good scout Bsacarl grins Jordy coughs Chiefsgirl asks, "Carl, has there ever been any moments where you thought you might leave the game?" "yes, I have had several of those moments", says Bsacarl. "but I am still here", smiles Bsacarl. Snowstar smiles, "Good question, CG" Bsacarl says, "very good question" "Carl, when CG asked you to be a guest on M&G, what were your first thoughts ? Were nervous or what ?", asks Alternate. Unomee isnt sure if she is gonna stay or not, but its times like these that keep her playing.. when there are people here talking and having fun "i was very nervous Alternate as I had been ducking her for years", says Bsacarl with a wink. Bsacarl says, "hehe" Jordy nods in agreement with Uno Jordy hasn't had reason to duck from Cg yet, thank goodness "What do you believe to be your most difficult moment in Fed?", asks Mysteryman. Sirglec winks and says, "CG will always get her man/woman." Snowstar was already caught by CG once, got that out of the way ;) "hmmm...", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl laughs "my most difficult moment in Fed would be when i talked to Tbar about leaving Neverland", says Bsacarl. "for those of you that knew him you know what i mean ;)\", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl says, "oh boy" Bsacarl says, "lol" "Want some Koolaid, Carl?", says Saffire with a wink. Bsacarl gasps and shakes his head no ;) Jordy smiles, "ooo, do tell about this koolaid thing" Sirglec scooches forward and listens. Chiefsgirl tries not to laugh but fails Alternate asks, "After being put in the spotlight this week. Next week, when CG is the guest...are you going to return the favor with out lovely Hostess and ask some probing questions ?" Saffire laughs Chiefsgirl gives Alternate a poke Snowstar asks, "Ooo CG is her own guest next week?" "well...kool-aid..umm...", says Bsacarl. "you're not supposed to remind them", says Chiefsgirl. Unomee will have to try and make that one.. gotta see her sis in the spotlight;) Alternate squirms musteriously Jordy gets out the tape recorder "when i left Neverland it had evolved into an alliance called the DHL", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl giggles and bounces on her barstool "Talk a little bit louder, and more clearly, into the recorder Carl", says Jordy with a wink. Bsacarl says, "it seemed more like a cult ot most outside the alliance" Bsacarl says, "when i was talking to Tbar about leaving i had a Tb that said "don't drink the kool-aid Carl!"" "lol", says Bsacarl. Unomee grins.. she remembers those days.. she just stayed out of it and was too busy doing her own thing Chiefsgirl laughs "i wont tell ya who the tb was from...lol", says Bsacarl. Jordy laughs Unomee winks and says, "aww why not?" "security reasons Unomee..i am sorry", says Bsacarl with a wink. Bsacarl laughs Sirglec de-classifies the information. Unomee rolls her eyes and laughs Bsacarl grins Chiefsgirl says, "Tell us a bit about DUIT and what it meant to you and your duchy, Carl" Unomee wants to know what happened to people that drank the kool-aid Jordy does too Jordy frowns and says, "I got my tape recorder out and everything" Bsacarl says, "DUIT was an alliance that was not seen in Fed as we knew it then" "it's main focus was free trade, zero tax, and respcting each others individuality", says Bsacarl. "the Duchy of Camp thrived through DUIT", says Bsacarl. "Carl, How does DUIT differ from Wings ? besides membership.", says Alternate. "well, I do not know alot about Wings...", says Bsacarl. "but DUIT was mainly a trading alliance", says Bsacarl. Chiefsgirl asks, "Any questions for Carl?" "Carl, do you think you'll be palyin Fed forever?", asks Jordy. Jordy says, "playing I meant" "I hope so Jordy", smiles Bsacarl. Bsacarl says, "as long as people want me here" Heatherjn winks and says, "Fed forever!" Myangel smiles, "ready to get on another plane Carl?" Jordy looks at Saff again "Poor girl" Bsacarl doesn't know about gettin on another plane...lol Myangel grins Bsacarl smiles "What happened on the plane?", smiles Roslyn. Bsacarl says, "it flew in the air" Saffire laughs Myangel laughs! "Carl... nature... plane... Hmmmm?", asks Sirglec. Saffire is ready for another plane ;) Bsacarl sighs Myangel has given Saffire a passionate hug! Bsacarl will consider it Roslyn says, "Hmmm...smarty" Myangel smiles, "bravo" "hehe", says Bsacarl. Unomee is going on a plane in may, to hawaii with dan Unomee is nervous Saffire wants to be on Unomee's plane Ibunyc asks, "ok carl can we all come over to your house for a fed meet ?" Sirglec has reservations on the largest bag. Bsacarl says, "sure" Unomee says, "we are going on our honeymoon a year before the wedding hehe" Bsacarl says, "lol Unomee" Jordy giggles Jordy never had a honeymoon Bsacarl winks and says, "thats actually good planning Unomee...you all will be broke after the weddin" Heatherjn smiles, "I think that's an awesome idea, Unomee!" Unomee says, "well my old job paid for the tickets and hotel, and our first wedding date choice was this may, but the finances didnt work out" Unomee has already gotten dan all trained;) Chiefsgirl asks, "Any more questions for Carl?" "Will you take me on a honeymoon, Carl", says Jordy. Ruy smiles, "Can i join camp when i get a planet" "absolutely ruy..i would be honored to have you in Camp", says Bsacarl. Snowstar pats young Ruy on the head. "sorry Jordy", says Bsacarl with a wink. "awww, bummer...no honeymoon", says Jordy. Unomee winks and says, "jordy u can come wif me and dan, u can watch the kids, and keep dan's mom outta our hair then we can elope this year.. but keep in mind, dan's mom says she will kill us if we elope so ya gotta really really watch her" Alternate asks, "Carl...if you could improve one thing about Fed...what would it be ?" Jordy says, "Better than nothing, Uno lol" "one thing...hmmm...", says Bsacarl. "Mebbe the next rl hubby I take will take me on one lol", says Jordy. Bsacarl says, "i would make the lwer ranks harder to obtain.." "err...lower", says Bsacarl. "here here", says Ibunyc. Bsacarl says, "like they used to be" Chiefsgirl nods Unomee says, "there ya go.. my ex didnt take me on one either.. it must be a trend.. only the good guys take ya on honeymoons" "I would change the quality of the pizza. The crust is so..so...pixelly!", exclaims Snowstar. "Hmmm.... nice...bring back cycles and the 50k hauling requirement and best of all Snark", says Alternate. Alternate says, "Snow, I am sorry...southern folk have no idea what good pizza taste likes :P" Rasal raises his hand! "uhoh", says Bsacarl. "yes Rasal?", asks Chiefsgirl. Bsacarl gulps Rasal smiles, "Carl... could I have an Anywho Sippin' Suds?" "don't mind him CG", says Jordy. Bsacarl whews! Bsacarl hands Rasal an Anywho Sippin-Sids Bsacarl says, "err suds" Sirglec winks and says, "Hmmm... If you had been on time... He supplied everyone with one." Saffire thwaps Carl Kup has bought you an a bottle of Anywho Sipp'n Suds. From the brewries on Dastardly, it is strictly counterban in the Duchy of Holiday.! Rasal chuckles. Saffire thwaps Kup Bsacarl grinz Chiefsgirl giggles Rasal winks and says, "That's some good Anywho." Kup smiles Bsacarl says, "indeed it is Ras" Bsacarl sips Saffire thwaps Rasal again Ruy wonders if Saffires thwapper is getting worn out Saffire winks and says, "Sorry Jordy, but he is asking for it" Unomee will buy her a new one if it is;) Chiefsgirl says, "If there are no more questions for Carl......" Chiefsgirl says, "I'd like to thank you all for coming out tonight" "And thank Carl for being my guest", says Chiefsgirl. Myangel stands and applauds for Carl Sirglec cheers for the Camp dude! Bsacarl smiles, "thank all of you..this has been a highlight for me" Ruy cheers Carl "Please join me next week... same time, same place", says Chiefsgirl. Saffire cheers Wolfyn applauds. Dast cheers for Carl Chiefsgirl cheers for Carl Ruy asks, "Who's the guest next week?" "Great Job Carl.. was a true pleasure", smiles Myangel. Bsacarl applauds all of you "ummmmm... next week's guest is.... me", says Chiefsgirl. Chiefsgirl gulps Ruy asks, "Then whos the host?" "CG is trying to keep it a secret though", says Snowstar with a wink. Kup wonders who next week's host will be. "Rere will be the lovely hostess", says Chiefsgirl. Bsacarl will be here ;) Alternate applauds Carl and then hoots and hollars about the next week's guest....beginning to think of the tough questions now Bsacarl has a list of questions Ruy is gonna have to come up with some GOOD questions for next week "oh goodness", says Chiefsgirl. "We'll collaborate some good questions...meeting on Starsicle before the M&G", says Snowstar with a wink. Chiefsgirl winks and says, "I'm sure you'll all be busy that night" Chiefsgirl will be sitting here all alone with Rere Alternate chuckles and cancels all televised sporting events for next sunday |
