Extended Surveillance
Description:
A wide range of technology ranging from cams through stealth micro-drones to satellites. Initially, these new techniques favor the forces of security, who use them to enhance their abilities. However, by the time society reaches a leisure level, citizens have managed to impose identical technology on the security forces, including cams in all security force offices. Finally the technology becomes all but useless as both sides come to an agreement to eschew surveillance technology.
Effect:
Each point reduces disaffection by 1%, up to a maximum of 10%.
Duration:
Extended surveillance can be built at Technological and biological levels. It ceases to become effective at leisure level.
Command:
'BUILD SURVEILLANCE'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH SURVEILLANCE'.
