Effect:
Each leisure center built reduces disaffection by 1%, up to a maximum of 8%, and increases the efficiency of all leisure commodities by 1%, up to 8% max.. It also adds 1 point of consumption to all leisure commodities, also 8% max.
Duration:
Leisure centers cannot be built until the planet has a media meta-studio.
Command:
'BUILD LEISURE'. You can remove the build with 'DEMOLISH LEISURE'.
