 FEDDERGORIES Saturday February 25 by Fancy-Fancy I prepared categories to use for Feddergories in case we needed them tonight, and I ended up stepping in to host the game tonight. Six eager players joined the Feddergories channel to play: Bourbon, Lynnea, Honoria, Zmikeyz, Robius, and Squeeky. I went over the rules for everyone as a refresher, and for anyone new to the game. With the rules explained, and no outstanding questions unanswered, it was time to play. Round 1 was fast food chains beginning with W. Four players matched with Whataburger. Only Zmikeyz scored this round with Winchells. Nearly everybody scored in Round 2, TV shows beginning with M, Bourbon being the exception with MTV, which was a channel, not a show. Round 3 was our first Fed-related category, Akaturi Items, as all our players were Merchant or higher. Honoria scored the lone 2 points this round with boxes. Bourbon had a creative answer with "bubbly thingies to give that professor lady", but I just couldn't find any valid items that would fit his answer. Everyone scored on Things Around The House, but only Robius and Honoria gave unique answers for Medications beginning with T, with everyone else matching "Tylenol". Round 6 was another Fed-related category, People, Places and Things Mercury, and everybody provided a unique answer to score 2 points with it. Round 7 was Cars (makes and models) that start with P (insert, "sorry, those cars start with gas" joke here). Everyone scored with unique answers to Professions beginning with A in Round 8, including one that drew laughs and isn't exactly suitable for printing in a family paper. Round 9 was another Fed-related category, Fed II Companies, starting letter T. Robius, Squeeky, and Honoria collected 2 points each in that one. Round 10 was Celebrities, starting letter S, which everyone but Bourbon got in a unique answer on time to score a point. Our scores after 10 rounds were:
That brought us to our Bonus Round. It was here that I was handed a slithy tove to award the winner. Tonight the category was Winter Olympic Events. Unique, valid answers provided by our players in the Bonus Round were as follows:
