REAL LIFE NEWS: FLAVORED POSTAGE STAMPS

by Hazed

The Chinese postal service is releasing some special stamps to celebrate the year of the pig, which begins on February 18. The stamps feature a cartoon of a mummy pig and her little suckling piglet babies, but before you get too sentimental about the sweet picture, if you scratch and sniff the stamp, you smell the delicious aroma of sweet and sour pork.

Yum!

The glue on the back of the stamps also tastes of this popular dish, which has got to be better than the way stamp glue usually tastes.

I wonder when we will see similar stamps in the west: apple pie flavored stamps in the US, and fish 'n' chips in the UK, perhaps?
