WACKY WORDS

Saturday November 10
by Squeeky

For tonight's exciting game of Wacky Words, I picked a theme for the night which was different kinds of nuts. After the second word, Fancy was able to correctly guess the them and got the extra point.

We kicked the game off with the first word of the night which was PINE - as in a pine nut - and Racingnut gave us a sentence of "producers in numorous eccentricities".

The second word was PEANUT with Stiddleficks coming up with the best sentence of the night with "players everywhere always need us...traders...".

In round four, with the word CASHEW, Fancy decided to pick on Catspaws - his sentence was "Catspaws awes swirling, highly elliptical waters".

When I gave the fifth word, which was PECAN, it was Racingnut who came up with the best sentence of the round with "planets expect considerable amounts now!"

Into the final round, and for the last word BRAZIL, Satriani scored with the best sentence, "Bararian rabbles are zealously "interrogating" ladies".

After I added up the scores, Fancy and Racingnut tied for first place with 9 points, followed closely by Stiddleficks with 8 giving her the second place, and Satriani in third with 4 points.

Congratulations to the winners, and thanks to everyone who played and turned out to watch. Join me next time for another exciting round of Wacky Words, which alternates with Fed Word Scramble - that's Saturdays at 10.00pm eastern.
