WACKY WORDS

Saturday April 13
by Squeeky

Three players joined me this week to play an exciting game of Wacky Words. Davidh was the first to correctly guess the theme of the night, which was Fed Sol planets. Just about every round resulted in some excellent phrases.

The first planet I gave them was EARTH and players came up with the following phrases:
Davidh, "Even aliens roams the heavens"
Angelfowl, "Every Android Really Thinks Hard"
Monodefuego, "Everybody advocates really tough heroes".

The second word was TITAN and once again everyone came up with phrases:
Monodefuego, "This is totally a nightmare."
Angelfowl, "Tiredly I take ants north"
Davidh, "To Imitate the alien: "Nanoonanoo"

I followed this up by giving them the planet PEARL to play with, with the following results:
Monodefuego, "Please earn a real living!"
Davidh, "Planetary economies are really leary"
Angelfowl, "People Even Annoy Real Life"

The fourth word of the night was SELENA:
Davidh, "Start each life excited, new, adventurous"
Monodefuego, "Seven Eleven learned everyone needs ale."
Angelfowl, "Squeeky Eats Little Eager Norms Always"

In the fifth round, I gave them the planet SUMATRA and they gave me back:
Monodefuego, "Sometimes, under my armor, this really aches."
Angelfowl, "Summer Usually Means Ammo Turned Right Around"
Davidh, "Surely U Mean Always Trust Robot AKers"

Finally, they tried to make something out of LATTICE:
Davidh, "Little Angel tries to improve cold Earth"
Angelfowl, "Last Any Time Till In Cram Enough"
Monodefuego, "Look at the thing in crusty earwax."

Trust Mono to finish the game with something disgusting! After I finished pulling faces, I added up the scores, and in third place was Angelfowl with 7 points. In second place was Monodefuego with 11 points. This week's winner, in first place with 12 points, was Davidh.

Join me again next time for another round of Wacky Words - it's held on alternate Saturdays, opposite Fed Word Scramble, at 10.00pm eastern.
