CHANGE TO PREMIUM PRICE CHECKS

As more and more planets are linked into the game, the various commands that result in a list that includes them all get longer and longer, and more and more unwieldy, until finally they start to cause problems because they overflow various buffers.

The latest to show a problem is the output from using the premium price checker. The solution is to change the way the checker works - and by sheer good fortune, make it a lot more useful!

You can now specify when you use the checker whether you want to see buying prices, selling prices, or all prices: 'C PREMIUM commodity buy|sell|all'. If you leave off the last word, it defaults to showing you all the prices. But it is clear that the most efficient way to use the command is to specify buying prices or selling prices, since that's only going to show you the information you actually need. You will have to scroll back through fewer screens to find the price that is right, and the list isn't going to overflow.

Speaking of overflowing lists, the 'DI EVENTS' list was also getting overlong by the time it got close to the reset, so it has been cut down and now will only show the last 30 messages.
