TESTING THE NEXT RANK

By the time you read this, there may be a couple of Magnates running around in Fed DataSpace, boasting about their shiny new leisure planets. That's because the test team can now promote to the final PO level so they can test all the leisure builds. The first thing you will see is the T-quark build, which increases the efficiency of leisure industries and increases the planet's population.

You can see the details of the build in the Idiot's Guide.

Just so you can start building up in advance of the promotion being available to all players, Gengineers will be able to promote a technological planet to leisure once it has 265 builds. You won't be able to promote your bio planet: once a bio planet, always a bio planet.
