FEDERGORIES

This week I had four people come and join me for a game of Federgories. And thanks to my mom (she comes up with the categories so you better thank her!) we had Labor as the theme this week - meaning jobs and so forth. Kalandra, Bourbon, Andrew and Jordis were the contestants.
After going through the rules our first category was "Worst jobs ever starting with a... P." Jordis said "Porta potty cleaner," Andrew said "plumber" and Bourbon also said "plumber."
Then we had another fun category: "Extinct jobs starting with... D." They must have had dinosaurs on the brain because Kalandra said "Dragon slayer," Jordis said "dinosaur wrangler," Bourbon said "dinosaur blacksmith" and Andrew said "dinosaur vet."
Apparently everyone was asleep for the next round because when I gave the category "Fed Planet outside of Sol, starting with... N" only Kalandra and Bourbon answered with "New Houston" and "Nowhere."
Then we had "Boring Jobs starting with a... T." Kalandra thought to try and get away with "Toothpick," while the rest of them answeredmore sensibly: Bourbon said "thumbtack counter," Jordis said "tire washer, and Andrew's answer was "toilet cleaner."
Then we had one of my favorite categories: "Illegal jobs (no starting letter)" and apparently, everyone had drugs on the brain because the answers they gave were: "coyote (illegal immigrant smuggler)," "crack dealer," "drug runner" and "marijuana dealer."
Then another fun category, which was Fed Related: "We all know Monodefuego wants to rule the universe... but what Fed Player do you NOT want ruling the World (no starting letter)." Their answers were: "Necrose," "Arlene," "Andrew" and "Beandip."
Then we had "Jobs that pay WAY too much money starting with a... P." They came up with "Professional Wrestler," "President," "painter" and "performers."
Then another fun one: "Weirdest Jobs ever (no starting letter)." I was interested in what they had to say for this one: Andrew came up with "mortician," Kalandra said "lightbulb tester," Jordis offered "Cannon fodder (from a circus)" and Bourbon said "tight walker."
Our Last Fed round was "Fed commodity (no starting letter)" and they came up with "alloys," "polymers" and "microscalpels."
Finally! Our Bonus round, and the category was "Worst/Weirdest/Illegal/Boring Job YOU'VE ever had!"
They answered:
Jordis, "Marijuana dealer, dish washer, waitress, delivery driver, radiator salesman."
Kalandra, "fast food cook, waitress, floor cleaner, army KP person, guard duty, framer, carpet cleaner, police call."
Bourbon, "burger flipper, sailor, drug delivery, bottling plant gopher."
Andrew, "fishing boat captain, meat cutter, draftman, maintenance, carpenter, facility coordinator, lawn bot, taking out trash."
The final scores were as follows:
Jordis in third with... 12 points!
Bourbon in second with... 13 points!
And in first with.. 17 points each... ANDREW AND KALANDRA Tied!
