THE RECESSION BITES HARD

by Hazed

I know the credit crunch is making real world prices go up, and everybody has to tighten their belts. But it's the time of month when the Fed2 bills come in, and they still need to be paid, no matter how broke everybody is. The cost of keeping the game running and connected to the internet isn't all that high but it cannot be met unless you, the players, give us some money. If you love the game, buy some slithy toves so that your dollars can be used to feed the Fed2 hamsters.

Your basic slithy tove costs $5. That's not much more than you'd pay for a beer in your favorite bar. And a lot less than a ticket to see a movie. (Price info courtesy of those who were on the comms yesterday afternoon.) You can make spot purchases of slithies, anything between two and ten of them, and then use the slithies you get for a range of exciting and fun things in the game: plus the knowledge that you are helping keep the game going.

Or you can take out a subscription, paying each month to get four slithies for the price of three.

Buy some slithies or take out a subscription here and read about what you can do with your slithies here.
