NEW PLANET PICTURES SHOW OFF NEW WORLDS

Three new planet owners have decided to advertise their worlds by adding pictures to the FedTerm planet picture gallery. The additions are:

  • Emirates, Arsenal system, owned by Gooner - a red world, somewhat squashed looking.
  • Inferno, La Comedia system, owned by Dante - more red but this time it's the surface of the planet that looks most unwelcoming.
  • Penance, The Rift system, owned by Jezz - several chunks of rock linked together, with the spectacular rift in the sky.

To see these pictures in FedTerm, go to the gallery and right-click on a picture. Select Save As... and put them into the planets sub-folder of the FedTerm folder on your computer. They will then show up in FedTerm's Systems page.

There are no new portraits in the character picture gallery, but you can go and catch up on any you missed. Download them by right-clicking and selecting Save As... and putting them in the pictures sub-folder of your FedTerm folder.

If you want to let other people see what you, or your planet, looks like, you should make a picture to show us and mail it to feedback@ibgames.com (remember to put Fed2 in the subject line). Character pictures are 80 pixels wide by 96 high; planet pictures are 172 pixels square. Both should be in .bmp format. Character pictures should be named after your character, ie pugwash.bmp or newbod.bmp. Planet pictures should have a filename to match the planet name, ie marina.bmp or rigel 4.bmp.
