WACKY WORDS WITH HAZED

Saturday February 28
by Squeeky

Tonight we had a very special edition of Wacky Words, when we were joined by the demi-goddess Hazed in an early afternoon game. Since it was her first time playing, I had to explain the rules carefully. Also playing were Fancy, Otamusima and Nomad.

Hazed expressed fears that she wouldn't do well at the game which would ruin her reputation, but despite that agreed she was ready to start, and so we got going.

Fancy guessed the theme of the night, which was famous mices, after just one round - good guessing!

Here's the phrases the contestants came up with:

Round one: PINKY from Pinky and The Brain
Nomad, "pinky is never kinky yet"
Hazed, "panicking in Nisrick kills you"
Fancy, "Phorbe is not known yet."
Otamusima, "particles inside neptune kink yearly"

Rund two: JERRY from Tom and Jerry
Fancy, "Just every Rhean renounces yak-42's."
Otamusima, "journeys end regularly, returning yearly."
Nomad, "junk everywhere ready rads yelling"
Hazed, "Jake's extremely radioactive riding yak"

Round three: STUART from Stuart Little
Fancy, "Some think univators are really treasured."
Hazed, "Stop! Those univators are rotted through."~
Otamusima, " Sumatra turns unusually around ready terra"
Nomad, "still trying unsuccessfully adventurer rots totally"

Round four: Brain (in which Hazed gave my personal favorite sentence of the night)
Nomad, "better run arlene is near"
Fancy, "Brain really ain't intelligent, no?"
Hazed, "Be ready, Arlene's interviewing ninjas"
Otamusima, "bella runs around in nirvana"

Round five: MARTIN from Redwall
Fancy, "Maybe Arlene really thinks I'm nuts."
Nomad, "marry arlene, run till in null-space"
Otamusima, "Misdemeanors are really tiresome in Nexus."
Hazed, "My antimatter radiates the inventory nastily"

Round six: MICKEY - I'm sure you know where he is from!
Otamusima, "Mice, inherently, can kick everybody yearly!"
Fancy, "Mordock is considerably kinky evenings, yes?"
Hazed, "My inventory contains killer egg yolks"
Nomad, "mayday... incoming......cant kill every Yoohoo"

At the end, Hazed didn't have anything to worry about - she didn't win but she did pretty well. The final scores were:

In third place with 4 points - Otamusima
Tying for 2nd place with 9 points each - Hazed and Nomad
The winner, with 13 points - Fancy

Congratulations to the winner, and thanks to Hazed for coming along. Join us again for Wacky Words on alternate Saturdays (usually) at 10.00pm, opposite Fed Word Scramble.
