CARTEL MONEY TRANSFERS ARE GO

Plutocrats can now move money into their cartel treasuries, by using a variant of the 'TRANSFER' command.

The new version is 'TRANSFER megagroats CARTEL' where 'megagroats' is the number of meg you want to transfer. It works just like the other money transfers - you just put the word 'CARTEL' on the end of the command The money will come out of your personal bank balance. You cannot transfer more than 100 meg. The good news is that taxman doesn't take a cut of this transfer.

This not only gives the very rich one more place to stash their fortunes, to avoid the grasping hands of the revenue - it also means you will be able to fund cartel builds, which will be coming soon.
