MY ISP CHANGE

I am changing my ISP, so sometime in the next ten days my old connection will die and I'll have to set up the new connection. I am a pessimist about these things so I am assuming things won't go smoothly, and therefore I'm issuing a warning that I may be offline for a few days when the switchover takes place.

Last time I changed my ISP I was offline for almost a week, but I hope it won't be as bad this time. It all hinges on the delivery of the new router from the provider I am moving to. If it turns up before the switchover, all should be well, but if it gets stuck in a warehouse somewhere because of delivery problems, who knows what will happen?
