IDIOT'S GUIDE TO BLISH CITIES

I have just added a new section to the Idiot's Guide to Federation, all about Blish cities - how to build them, fit them out, move them to another star system and tool them up for production. It's the same information that was printed in many different issues of the Fed2 Star, but all in one place, so new Plutocrats can find out exactly how Blish cities work.
