REAL LIFE NEWS: UNUSUAL USE FOR BREAST IMPLANT

by Hazed

If you don't have a stab-proof vest, you'd better hope that something else comes between you and an attacker's blade to act as impromptu armour.

A wallet stuffed with banknotes kept in a breast pocket, perhaps. A mobile phone held in just the right place.

Or, as in the case of a Moscow woman, a large breast implant!

She was the victim of a vicious knife attack by her husband, but fortunately the blade became wedged in one of her silicone breast implants. The 40-year-old woman had her cosmetic enhancement done four years ago. When she and her hubby had a row, he grabbed a knife in a fit of anger and plunged it into her left breast - apparently aiming for her heart. But his intent to kill was foiled by the implant.

Even better news is that the implant didn't leak as a result of the assault and after it was over it had held its shape. She has since had it replaced with a non-perforated version.
