NEW FED ANIMATED GRAPHIC

Speaking of pictures, it’s a very warm welcome back to Art, an old player who has reappeared in Fed DataSpace after a long absence. It was Art who designed the planet Rhea, one of the moons orbitting Saturn.
As the name suggests, she is an artist, and she has made us an animated version of the famous Federation neon sign from the original artwork by Robin.
