PEERING WAY BACK INTO FED’S PAST

What were you doing on September 14, 2002? You probably don’t remember, unless you kept a diary and can lay your hands on it 12 years later.
But I can tell you what was happening in Fed DataSpace – thanks to the WayBack Machine. That’s an archive of old web pages that allows you to see how things were way back when.
The WayBack Machine has archive versions of the ibgames website going back to that date. It looks like that was around the time we switched the game and the website over to a new computer.
Looking through these old web pages is an interesting delve into the archaeology of Fed. It’s different from looking in our own archives, because those are selective and only show the things we chose to save. The WayBack machine isn’t picky, it just puts up whatever was on the site at the chosen date.
Going that far back, it gives a snapshot of what was happening on a few different days each month.
