IDIOT POSTS JOB TO SPACE – IDIOT ACCEPTS IT

Sometimes the feedback emails we receive are pleas for help after something has gone wrong for a player. We’re always happy to try to help – even when the mishap was caused by the player doing something dumb.
Such was the email we received recently, telling us that a player had seen an unusual job posted on the workboard for a planet. The destination for the cargo was a system’s space map!
This is not supposed to happen, and we have no idea how the PO was able to post such a job.
The player was a curious sort, so he wondered what would happen if he accepted the job.
So he accepted the job.
And found out.
He was unable to deliver it, and unable to void it, leaving him unable to accept any other jobs. Whoops!
What makes the story even more delicious is the fact that the player’s name was… Idiotjones!
