I love cats, but let’s face it, they are weird creatures. They are completely contrary: they beg for food, but as soon as you put their bowl down they don’t want it any more; they clamour for affection then decide to reject you.
Some of their strange habits are because they are both prey and predator. Being a predator means they sharpen their claws on your furniture, and lurk on top of the bookcase. Being prey means they want to climb into boxes and hide in small places.
