Honey Syphon:
Introduction

When I was a child, I was a bit of a fantasist. I used to dream of running away and having an adventure with the Famous Five, going on holiday to a house with secret passges, being a princess locked in a tower waiting to be rescued, or maybe being the one doing the rescuing. In my daydreams, I was the center of attention, the important one.

I had two recurring fantasies. One was that my parents would die and I would become an orphan. The other was that I would get some romantic but not painful or life-threatening disease.

Be careful what you wish for...

My father died when I was 17. My mother died a few years ago. Now I have the full set; I've got the disease. Hello, my name is Fi and I am a diabetic.
